Hey JR thats cool that you were able to see your old Av... at least someone is able to enjoy it!  BTW I remember seeing an episode of Trucks! Saw my old AV in a parking lot the other day.
Got to talking to the guy that owned it and he bought it from Klode's total lot in Littleton as a burn total and had it completely rewired and a new interior put in.
He said it's on a salvage title and has a horrible wind leak from the drivers door from the warping sustained from the fire but he loves it!
I gave him a tag and almost cried when I watched it pull out.
Still miss that AV............

Okay, now I've graduated from running over gracery carts to telephone poles.  
First I backed into the one across the alley with the pickup and now, on the drive home Friday, a bunch of gangbanger looking kids in a Buick came roaring out of an apaertment complex, into my lane and in order to miss them I took out another pole at about 40 MPH.
The truck really sustained pretty minor damage compared to the pole, but the kids took off and which has the insurance company thinking somethings fishy, so I think I'll be buying a fender and trying my paint sklls out.

I know not many of you posted much to Club Avalanche but I'm sad to see this website go away.  There's lots of info there so check it out and save a copy while you still can.

Both you Joe and Chuck are bragging, I would put my list of stuff on here but I would probably run out of space. Its a lot shorter list to do what hasn,t needed worked on. Im glad you got your rig going Joe.

Hell Im still tryin to save the $450 to get a new EBCM for my Av.. As soon as I have a bit of cash stashed away, something comes up (another light mod). Id rather go new on this part but its looking like I may have to break down and try to find a used one, with winter coming on and all the snow it would be nice to have the ABS active again.
