I almost forgot, as the first pic shows in the post above, you can set a default to be subscribed to any thread that you post in. That might be handy.

Well, it looks like I got the email thing configured correctly!

You can subscribe/unsubscribe to threads by clicking the "Toggle Email notification for this topic" link just under the last post displayed for the thread on the page. 

If you aren't currently subscribed, it will pop up a window that says you will be notified by email of all replies in this Topic:



If you were already subscribed, it will tell you that you will not be notified by email of replies in this Topic:



Or, you can click the checkbox "Email Notify me of Replies" underneath the window where you type a message (this is there for both a quick reply and a normal reply and when you are starting a new thread).

This place is turning into a real forum! Wink

If it's not toomuch of a hassle for you guys that already have it set up, I'd like to change it from a master persepctive again.  That way, normal users won't have to change it themselves. 
 
I wonder if maybe the ISP changed servers and timezones or something...
 
Lemme know if it won't both you and I will dink with that setting again.

GO FOR IT!  I'm sure its easier for everyone if you set the master setup to MST.  We can easily set our settings back to zero.

Hmmm...I must have choked on the master setup.  Cuz I had to go in and change the time offset of myself now, (minus 6 hours) too.  D'oh!

I set the time according to these recomendations and at 8:00am the site is telling me that it is 6:00pm.   ?????Confused
I'm going to play with it tonight and see if I can find out what our time is. I'll keep you posted unless this is how the site is formatted to work properly. Since you guys set it up, maybe you know something that I don't.Big%20smile

Um, forget that...I found a way to set the default, from an admin perspective, to be Mountain Time.

You will need to set the forum offset time in your profile, if you want to get the correct date/time displayed.
 
After logging in, go to Settings (in the top set of actions, or click here http://www.coloradoavclub.com/forum/member_control_panel.asp) then click Edit Profile.
 
Near the bottom, change the "Time offset from forum time" setting to - 8 (that is minus 8) hours and you will be set! 
 
You might want to change the "Date Format" setting to Month/Day/Year, as well.
