Hey everybody new member here I'm Craig got a 2003 Z71 and live in the Springs.

Never got around till registering on this site till now, I'm on the national site too but don't go there too often not as user friendly as other forums I'm used to, if it see someone post with a question and everyone says do a search or have to read through 20 page post to figure out something I going to snap lol

No real mods have the amber day-times but did that before I realised that was the this to do on the other site.  My Av bascily just my daily driver and screw around off road once in a while couldn't be happier with it.  But I might start doing some stuff to it since I sold my baby and long term project car, '86 Monte Carlo SS, I haven't been the same since but times are tight.

good to have you on this forum, I understand the "do a search comment", it can be a little tiresome. Anyway, we are having a gtg in the Denver area this next Sunday, if you would like, we could meet somewhere and carpool down if you can make it. It would be great to meet you in person.
Im sure I could give you some ideas on modding LOL

Nice to meet you.  Hope to see you on Sunday.

The other forum tends to be an overload of information for me.  I have basically decided to lean on the expereinced guys in Colorado because they are familiar with the circumstances here, but still check that site frequently for others opinions and issues.

Its funny, my list of things I want to do is constantly evolving/increasing.  I'm glad that I wait a while before undertaking the big mods so I can really think about what I am going to be doing and why.  As an example, just last night, I think I ditched the idea of a new cat back exhaust and will likely just have a new muffler welded into place to get the sound.

Sure hope you enjoy the forum.

By the way, there is some pretty good trails in between us (I'm in Castle Rock) that I would like to hit.  We should do a trail run sometime.

Overloaded is right, its nice to have a local group of guys the other forums I am on are full of people from the east coast nobody remotely close

I have several things I would like to do, exhaust, grill, HID head lamps, brush bar, but just don't have the money right now, hopefully I can get to Denver this Sunday.

I hit a few trails up around 11 mile nothing real challenging but got good and dirty.  Didn't know there were any trails closer I definitely would be up to check them out
